Bringing Chat to Mobile Phones
First chat solution for mobile devices adds new communication channel for businesses
and customers to interact; large telco firm adds capability
SEATTLE July 28, 2009 – InstantService, Inc., a SaaS provider of chat and email management solutions, announced today it has released InstantMobile™ – the first chat solution for mobile phones. The new product reflects the growing demand for multi-device, multi-channel communication between companies and their customers.
With InstantMobile, InstantService customers can now provide consumers with the ability to chat with service agents on their mobile devices. This capability complements the InstantService online chat and email solutions and gives contact centers a new way to offset phone support costs.
