NDB, LLP, a nationally recognized CPA firm providing highly-specialized regulatory compliance services, completed the audit.

NDB’s audit of InstantService included a rigorous examination of key operational procedures and controls from January 1, 2008 to November 30, 2008. The firm meticulously reviewed the InstantService customer solution design and customer contract process, its logical, network, and environmental security, disaster recovery process, customer support services, executive decision-making processes and many other criteria.
