Mike Lande, Chief Executive Officer
Mike Lande joined the company in September 1998 as chief
executive officer and sits on the board of directors.
His background includes extensive experience working
with high technology firms on corporate planning and
strategy issues. As an attorney with Preston Gates &
Ellis, Lande served as counsel to Microsoft Corporation,
Starwave, Corbis and Conversational Computing, as well
as numerous start-up organizations. Lande holds a BA
in Business Administration and Finance from the University
of Washington and a JD in Law from Seattle University.
Kevin Knoepp, Chief Technology Officer
Kevin Knoepp joined InstantService in February 2000
as chief technology officer, responsible for developing
the technology vision for the company and providing
overall direction to execute on the vision. He has extensive
experience in information technology and Internet design
and development disciplines across a number of industry
applications. As founder, president and CEO of True
North Technology, he created the first Internet-based
multiple-listing system for the real estate industry
and successfully negotiated the acquisition of the company
by GTE Enterprise Solutions. He subsequently served
as Director of Internet Development for GTE Enterprise
Solutions, leading a 50-person development group. Knoepp
was also founder and president of Northwest GeoGrafx,
where he developed the first interactive mapping system
for the real estate market.
Scott Carlin, Vice President of Sales
Scott Carlin has an extensive sales and management background in online communication solutions. As Vice President of Sales at InstantService, Carlin is responsible for the company's global sales operations and business development strategy. Since 2001, he has built an exceptional sales team that has been instrumental in significantly increasing InstantService's revenues and market share while positioning the company as a dominant leader in the Chat and Email Management space.
