Software Test Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and follow detailed plans and standards for the testing of our software releases, and professional services development projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop test plans and execute test cases for product updates and professionals services development projects.
- Analyze functional requirements, strategize testing approaches and activities, develop test cases, and expected results necessary to thoroughly test the functional requirements of the application components.
- Track defects and ensure product and project releases meet test plan requirements.
- Update regression testing documents following each product update.
- Work with Development and IT teams to resolve defects and other product issues.
- Be available to assist in troubleshooting and addressing customer issues escalated from the Customer Support team.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years experience testing web-based applications
- Experience implementing functional, regression and stress testing strategies for web-based applications
- Proven test plan and test case development experience
- Knowledge of QA best practices, methodologies and tools
- Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies including web browsers, web servers, TCP/IP, HTML, and database driven applications.
- Comfortable with general JavaScript coding.
- Familiar with SQL syntax
- Familiar with Java web based application architecture
- Mac experience a plus
- CRM industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle and Toad a plus
- Excellent defect isolation and documentation skills
- Inquisitive, creative, problem-solver needing minimal supervision.

Professional Services Engineer
POSITION SUMMARY
InstantService, a leading provider of online customer service solutions including live chat, email management and self-help, is looking for a Java Software Engineer to fill the role of a Professional Services Engineer helping deliver solutions tailored to meet specific customer needs.
You will be responsible for creating tools and utilities that will be used to deliver data and custom integrations to key customers. You will work with management, the core development team and the QA team to design and test your solutions, and provide assistance to the support team as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Port existing applications to Java using the company’s methodology and coding standards.
- Gather quick requirements, determine scope and create simple plans for new custom solutions.
- Accurately estimate project hours and track billable time.
- Perform design, implementation, and unit testing of custom solutions.
- Work with QA to test custom solutions.
- Assist with support of the custom solutions.
- Work with the development team to incorporate custom solutions into the product as necessary.
- Maintain and continue development of existing custom solutions.

SKILLS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of Java experience
- Minimum 3 years development experience with the following Internet Technologies: HTML, JavaScript/DHTML, CSS, XML and Servlets.
- Hands on experience with SQL database programming utilizing JDBC or ODBC
- Experience writing stored procedures and optimizing SQL queries.
- Excellent organizational, project planning, written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work equally well independently and as part of a team

POSITION SUMMARY
InstantService Inc, one of the leading
providers of chat and email management
applications, is looking for a few inside
sales representatives for immediate hire.
We are seeking goal oriented sales people
who aren’t afraid of making calls.
This is a business-to-business inside
sales position that represents a critical
role in Instantservices sales strategy.
This position offers considerable training
advancement opportunities within the InstantServices
sales department. You will be responsible
for generating qualified sales prospects
by: converting warm leads into prospects,
and through cold calling targeted lead
lists.
Working within a defined process, you
will make proactive outbound phone calls
to prospective customers for the purpose
of qualifying their needs and converting
the lead into a qualified prospect. Sales
training and/or product training is provided
weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers and sales
opportunities to support the efforts of
the Sale directors.
- Participate in the planning and execution
of lead generation program and lead distribution
- Provide qualified sales leads to sales
directors for next step in sales process.
- Provide timely and accurate reports
of calls and sales

REQUIREMENTS
- One to three years of inside sales experience
in software or hi-tech products, ASP selling
knowledge preferred
- Excellent phone skills
- Proven track record of high volume
phone related selling
- Knowledge of internet terminology
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel
and some form of call-tracking software
- Comfortable with sales quotas and targets
- Ability to work independently and with
minimum supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred,
